Simple rules for a fair OJT race.

1. Who can use it

Degree college students (and their college staff) enrolled in a college that has partnered with JobBridge for the OJT programme. One account per student, with your own real details.

2. Fair play

• Answer interviews yourself, in your own words, within the time limit. Using ChatGPT or another person to answer is cheating and can lead to disqualification from the Top 10.
• Your camera must stay on during interviews (it is not recorded).
• Do not create multiple accounts or use another student's login.

3. How the competition works

• 6 interview rounds, each scored out of 100 by AI. Your best attempt per round counts; up to 2 attempts per round per day.
• Rank = average of your best rounds, within your college only. Ties: more rounds completed → fewer attempts used → earlier finish.
• Your college has a last date shown on your dashboard. Rankings freeze at 11:59 PM on that date.
• The Top 10 on the last date get their 120-hour OJT arranged by Pride Computer Education through its company network. Pride will make best efforts; final selection is always by the company.

4. Companies and applications

• You may apply to up to 5 companies through JobBridge. Applications are sent by you (email/WhatsApp) — JobBridge only provides the contact and a draft.
• Company details come from public sources (Google Maps, websites). A "Verified" badge means Pride's team confirmed a vacancy by phone; other listings are not guaranteed to have openings.
• Be professional and honest with every company you contact.

5. No fees

JobBridge is free for students and colleges. Nobody from Pride will ask you for money for OJT placement through this platform.

6. Your data

Handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You agreed at registration to receive career opportunities and training information from Pride Computer Education; you may opt out any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continued use means you accept the changes.
